Stomach Soother

As a dietary supplement

How to use
Place 10 to 30 gms of Stomach Soother in a large pot. Add 10 times the amount of water and let it soak over night in the refrigerator. Product will expand. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach adding milk, soy milk or any juice. Add sugar or honey to take. Stomach Soother is a good substitute for breakfast.
Comments
In diarrhea it is useful with yogurt (curd).
In constipation is useful with milk.
Ayurvedic Concept
Due to digestive impairment food remains indigestive and it produces dyspepsia.
Due to indigestive food the following problems according to Ayurveda may arise.
Amajirana (due to high Kapha (water), Vidaghdha jirana (Due to high pitta (fire) and vistbdha jirana (due to high vatta (air)
Vistbdha jirana (high vatta (air)), in this condition feacoleath retained in the intestine and disturb intestinal movements, Symptoms are ache, flatulence with gurgling sound and aches, doesn’t pass feces and flatus, which creates numbness and pain in limbs.
jiranVidaghdha a (high pitta (fire)) indigestive impairments produces flatulence and disturb metabolism symptoms are Vertigo, thirst, Syncope and other Pitta (fire) vitiated problem, steam like hyper-acidic hiccough, sweating and burning sensation.
Amajirana (High kapha (water)) (dyspepsia due to indigestion,) dyspepsia due to indigestion disturbs the metabolism and it produces Amajirana(dyspepsia). Symptoms are Heaviness in body, Nausea, swelling in throat region and below eye lid, hiccough of the food (which we have consumed) and indigestion.
After digestion of the food the remaining digestive juice, which causes Ajiran (dyspepsia) ?
Symptoms are lack of Hunger, impure epigastria region, heaviness in cardiac region. In this problem, when we feel hungry we should take light food. In low quantity.
