Amla Fruit (Embica Officinalis) it is sour (Amla) in taste (rasa) but sweet (madhura) after digestion.
Haritaki Fruit (Terminalia Chebula): - it is mainly astringent (Kashaya) in taste (rasa) as well as it has four other tastes except salt.
Bibhtaki Fruit (Terminalia Bellerica): - it is astringent (Kashaya) in taste (rasa) & non-unctuous (ruksha) & light (laghu) in characteristics.
